Our daily routine.
A day in the life of our family.
My mornings usually start at 5:30am when I wake up and have a little time before the household starts the day at 6am. I try and give my morning praises to God and do my devotional, gets me started along with my morning skin care routine. Start my day with my 3-step program that gives me more energy throughout the day, manages and curbs my appetite, and fill my cirkul bottle with water.
6am alarms start to wake up hubby, and the girls. When "S" comes out she gets her first dose of medicine and vitamins that takes about 20 mins to get into her system. In the mean time the girls get a choice of breakfast, sitting in our living room to watch TV and eat breakfast. Hubby gets into the shower to get himself ready for work.
On a school day, "S" starts getting ready for school around 6:45am complete with brushing hair (most days, and she doesn't like her hair brushed) and brushing teeth with assistance. At 7:15am we get our shoes, jacket and backpack on for the bus to pick her up at 7:20am. She goes to school until 2:40pm, except on Tuesdays and Fridays when little sister goes to daycare. I will pick up both girls between 2:40pm and 3pm.
At 3:30pm "S" has an ABA therapist come work with her until 6:30pm, both girls get an afternoon snack and 30-45 minutes of tablet time. At 5pm I start prepping for dinner, sometimes "S" will help me. Dinner is at around 6pm, after dinner girls will get a bath and start winding down for the evening. Potty and Pjs. 7pm we start brushing our hair and teeth, and into their beds by 7:30pm.
At 7:30pm, starts my evening mommy time! I play on my phone until about 8pm. I then start my evening skin care routine, brush my hair and teeth and finally get into my comfy pjs. Then I tend to either review my training course, or read on my kindle until 9pm when I start to unwind in bed.
Its not completely structured like i'd like it to be, but works for us.
